Even worse...

We've had the police sent to our home at 2:30 am to complain about our dog when it wasn't even our dog barking (she was in the house, all windows and doors closed). So, if you hear a dog barking after 10:00pm...it's not ours! We learned our lesson after the first police visit.

I wish we would have received a note from the neighbor before they felt they had to call the police!

It is funny....

These very same neighbors who sent the letter can irritate me to no end but I never say a word. We just like to keep to ourselves. Oh well, I will get a copy of the ordinance and if it says as I suspect, they will just have to deal with it. Tough Shiz.

That did help. I would encourage my neighbor(s) to contact the police when they believe my dog is a problem. I would hope the Blendon Police would side with the 10pm noise curfew. My dog has a right to get excersise on a nice day - unless he is going ballistic. We would bring him in then but some barking at birds and squirels is normal. I believe I have an exceptionally nit-picky neighbor so we'll see. Thanks again Marje.
