Dear Concerned Neighbor,

My apologies for the delayed response; I do need to check this area more often.

The link to Franklin County Economic Development and Planning is, as you may have noticed, on our website for the convenience of all.

Glad to know the pontoon is gone for now. Regarding the white van; if the van is determined to be inoperable and is off the street, then that is a matter for Franklin County to address.

We do have a link to the Franklin County Board of Health on our site. It would help the complaint process if we checked each site, be it Health or Economic Development & Planning, prior to reporting issues. Some things are not addressed by either agency. Feel free to email me and I will try to help you.

Also, articles in our neighborhood newsletter, The Herald, have been written to educate residents on these issues. Certain past issues of the newsletter will provide a synopsis of common issues addressed by both agencies. The next issue, scheduled for end of June delivery, addresses building permits.
