By completing and submitting this form, you will be considered for competitive entry in the special Bicentennial Bl??»??»ms garden show and contest to be held Sunday, July 12, from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m..

Completed entry forms must be delivered, mailed, or emailed to: Pam Clegg, 3614 Makassar Drive, 43081 pamela.j.clegg@gmail.com by June 26, 2015, at 5 p.m.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this contest and show, you must live in the Huber Ridge or Sunbury Woods areas. All Huber Ridge and Sunbury Woods gardens that have an historical theme, Blendon Township theme, or heritage plants are eligible - even those gardens that have been on the most recent Huber Ridge Blooms tours. We welcome all entries and will do our best to showcase your garden for this one-time event. Huber Ridge Blooms judges will select the finalists and Blendon Township trustees will select the winners. The number of finalists and winners will be determined by the number of entries. Prizes are yet to be determined.

All participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participants will receive a yard sign not more than 30 days prior to the tour. This is to promote Bicentennial Bl??»??»ms and to indicate participation in the tour. The sign should remain visible in your front yard until the day of the show and then returned to judge Pam Clegg or while at the Gardener's Reception. NO ONE should ask to enter your yard prior to the show. Refuse entry, please!

2. All gardens will be judged July 6-10, hours and days yet to be determined. You will be notified.

3. All participants agree to maintain a smoke-free, alcohol-free, pet-free, safe yard (no clutter) while guests are present during the tour and when judges are judging. Thank you.

4. Participants agree to be host/hostess on the day of the tour for the entire four hours; 1-5 p.m. This is for your safety as well as for the safety of those touring. If you can not be home July 12, then please enter Huber Ridge Blooms another year. (This is the only year for Bicentennial Blooms.)

5. Winners of the garden show will be announced at our annual Gardener’s Reception, held in Ridgewood Park, July 12, 2015, at 6:30 p.m. You are expected to attend this event! After all, you worked hard and deserve refreshment! Remember to return your Bl??»??»ms sign when you come.

You may enter both contests, Bicentennial Blooms and Huber Ridge Blooms, but may only place in one or the other contest, not both.
