Blendon Township Property Maintenance Code

Resolution 08-08 Property Maintenance Code

At the Wednesday, October 15, 2008, Blendon Township Trustee meeting, the Trustees approved resolution 08-08 which adopts the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code. This Property Maintenance Code will be in effect approximately 30-60 days from that date and enforcement will follow shortly.

The maximum height for grass/weeds is now 8 inches (formerly 12)and will be inserted into the Property Maintenance Code for our area.
