OAWC - new local payment center

New payment center and hours of operations for OAWC

Copied and Pasted below is an Email from Thomas Schwing OAWC's Franklin County Networks Operations Superintendent reguarding the new payment center.  

During the last rate case, several customers requested Ohio American Water provide a payment center in the northern area of the County for convenient bill paying.

Beginning Thursday April 23, 2009 OAWC's Franklin County District Operations Office will begin its operation as a walk-in payment center in Franklin County.

The Franklin County District Operations Center is located at:

                        Franklin County District Operations Center
                        5481 Buenos Aires Boulevard
                        Westerville, Ohio  43081

Office hours will be:        8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
                        Monday through Friday (except Company holidays)
                        Cash and checks payments only
                       Night Deposit Box is at the location
