2025 Holiday Cheer Donations Sought

Any day now we expect to get details for our annual Holiday Cheer family from WARM.  As the Huber Ridge Area Association (HRAA) has done for several years in partnership with Westerville Area Resource Ministry (WARM), we are begining to collect donations to sponsor one of our own.  WARM has vetted and will be assigning a fmily for our group to purchase holiday gifts and items for this year. 

WARM has been wonderful to allow us to buy gifts for one of our neighbors.  While we never know the precise identity of our family, we will be getting details to help guide us in how we can provide for this community family.  Details such as family size, how many children, ages and gift suggestions are what we are expecting. 

The Holiday Cheer Team (Jennifer Alltop, Emily Gerrick and Carolyn Cordray) are already working to collect donations to gift to this family.  We invite you to donate as well.  While, cash donations are ideal, in kind donations are also welcome!  Such In-Kind donations are gift cards, items from the gift list (when we get it!) or other items are greatly appreciated. 

Until we hear from WARM if you are interested in donating money toward this program, go to www.huberridge.org and locate the area where you can pay dues or make donation using PayPal.  It is located about mid page.  Select from the drop down, "Donation" and complete the rest of the fields being sure to indicate your donation is for Holiday Cheer before submitting the page.  If you'd rather donate by cash or check, those can be given to one of the Holiday Cheer Team members.  Our neighborhood has a grand tradition of generosity and we look forward to experiencing that with you again this year!
